- Is there customer support?

- What are data rows?
- Data rows are record entries in Licode's database. When your users submit the form or interact with the action that you require for storing data, it counts as one data row.
- What is an AI credit?
- An AI credits is a unit of AI usaged on Licode's apps. If you build an app for your users to interact with AI, we bill your app using AI credits on top of your regular plan. AI credits are useful when you want to bill your users for AI usage as well.
- How are AI Credits calculated?
- There are 2 different types of AI usage, Text and Image. For Text, it costs 2 credits per run. For Image, it costs 8 credits per run.
