And with that, the 2023 season comes to an end

As we approach the end of this foundational year, we are very excited to share our key milestones that we have achieved so far. 2023 was truely an extraordinary year for Licode.

Starting merely as an ambitious idea in early 2023, Licode is now one step closer to its mission. We're just getting started and are very excited for the upcoming journey. For now, let's delve into moments from 2023.

👋 Hello, Licode.

After pitching at various startup events and looking for the solution to truely democratise software development, we incorporated Licode this year to build the next generation software development platform that empowers more entrepreneurs and founders to keep building regardless of their technical background. We launched our Waitlist and Dicord Community, and are super pumped from all the interest from the community.

🚀 We launched our first AI product for UI components library.

We got access to the GPT-4 API earlier this year and started experimenting an AI-driven UI/UX solution for Licode. We discovered the capability of AI in producing decent UI components. So, we quickly productised this and launched "AI to UI Component" tool called Blaze, which has now been rebranded as UiHub. It is now a repository for a collection of UI components.

Once again, following OpenAI's announcement of the Assistant API, we integrated it into UiHub and shipped an AI Agent to automate the creation of UI components library in TailwindCSS.

🌱 We received our first investment from Antler.

We participated in Antler's program in May this year. Our mission and vision became a little bit clearer with the support of Antler's community, network and mentorship. We are super proud to have secured our pre-seed fund from Antler in August this year. With ongoing support from Antler, we are extremely confident and excited for the best that is yet to come.

🚀 Licode is now in closed beta.

One of the best and most exciting moments of 2023 is now! Our team worked extremely hard to go live, so our early adopters can have an access as early as possible. And, yes we did it. Licode is now on production and currently in closed beta. In this release, you can build AI Apps easily without coding required.

🎯 We are ready for 2024!

We have a massive roadmap comprising multiple smaller goals. We are excited to open Licode to a public beta as the first thing in the new year. We will be shipping Web App builder and API builder in 2024 according to our roadmap. Super pumped!
